Client Update: 30-Day Strength & Core Journey

Busy mum. Real schedule. Real progress. Esther is currently partway through her 30-day strength and core plan, and the changes we’re seeing are the result of consistency — not perfection.

What’s Changed Recently

More Balanced Nutrition (Without Restriction)

Esther shared that she’s now eating a wider variety of foods, focusing on balance rather than cutting things out. Her meals now include:

  • Yoghurt with berries
  • Pasta with mixed vegetables
  • Protein alongside carbohydrates

This shift alone has made a noticeable difference. She reports feeling less bloated, more comfortable, and lighter through her midsection.

Consistency With Training — Even on Hard Days

Some days are still challenging due to childcare, teething, and broken sleep. But the key progress is this:

She is still finding time to move during the week.

That might be a 10-minute session, a short strength circuit, or focused core work — and that consistency is what’s driving results.

Visible Physical Changes

Esther can already see changes in her body. The most noticeable difference is reduced lower-belly bloating and improved core engagement.

When balanced meals, hydration, and regular movement come together — even in short sessions — the body responds.

Sleep Is Still a Work in Progress

Sleep remains an area we’re improving gradually. This is completely normal at this stage and will be supported through:

  • Gentle evening movement
  • Improved wind-down habits
  • Consistent nutrition and hydration

Nothing is rushed. The focus is sustainability.

Simple routine: 1 warm cup in the evening, paired with balanced meals and light movement.

Why Bloating Becomes More Common After 30

Many women notice bloating increases after 30 due to changes in digestion, hormones, stress levels, and lifestyle demands.

Coach Reflection

Esther’s journey is a reminder that progress doesn’t come from extreme routines — it comes from adapting fitness to real life.

  • Short workouts still work
  • Balanced meals reduce bloating
  • Consistency beats intensity

This is exactly how sustainable strength is built — especially for busy mums.
