15-Day Gua Sha Journey: From Puffy to Refreshed (And Counting!)
Introduction
I started using gua sha to reduce facial puffiness, relieve tension, and improve circulation. Over the first 15 days, I’ve already noticed amazing changes: my cheeks feel tighter, my eyes brighter, and my neck and headaches have improved. But this isn’t a one-off experiment — gua sha is now a staple in my daily routine, paired with other wellness habits that I love.
My Routine
Morning:
Ice bath for my face every morning — submerging it in ice water to reduce puffiness and refresh my skin.
Night:
Gua sha with rosemary and black castor oil, now adding vitamin E oil for its healing and skin-nourishing benefits.
Focus mainly on cheeks, jawline, and neck to release tension before bed.
This combination has made a noticeable difference in both my appearance and how I feel day-to-day.
